Industry Specialty:
My accounting specialty are construction companies that use QuickBooks Online software, where they can access their company financial position in real-time with the convenience of working from any device, with little to no hassle on their part, allowing them to focus on what they do well.
Outsourced Accounting Services:
In this position, I would be hired to act as a conduit between internal accounting staff and the business owner to provide relevance and reliability of its financial information. As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I would help train staff on how to be more regimented, efficient, and accurate, by utilizing the proper accounting treatment and related processes within the software.
Business Consulting and Start-Ups:
I help clients build their companies from concept to reality by helping them create a basic system of how they should operate. For current small businesses, I assist with strategic planning initiatives, efficient workflows, and discuss other business concepts to help their businesses grow.
Outsourced Controller:
Good workflows and efficient internal bookkeepers are important. I would be hired to act as a conduit between owners and internal accounting staff to help them improve their work behaviors, accuracy, and productivity.
Availability:
I am available each weekday and weekends if necessary, knowing that some decisions cannot wait until the next business day. All forms of communication are fine, with a preference in email.
